Graphic Designers
This position is at first going to be one part-time member, with potential of leading a team of junior graphic designers.
The graphic designer will need to be able to help with designing portals for clients and internal web sites, Adobe Creative Cloud or Creative Suite 4 or above is required. We use Photoshop to create PSD layouts and this designer would need to also be knowledgable in HTML and CSS best coding standards. Must be a team player, work well with front-end devs as well as the founder (senior front end dev), and have experience with Section 508 Web Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0), which includes font sizes, foreground and background colors safe for WCAG 2.0 standards, and a general eye for what works and does not work in order to be compliant with these standards.
Experience with print layouts is a plus, including conversions between HEX (for digital/web) and CMYK (for prints) colors.
The graphic designer should have some knowledge, or genuine willingness to learn about the digital marketing space, and be a people person who can collaborate both with front-end devs, the founder, as well as face to face with clients.
